Goal: Inspire With a Graphic

Welcome to Cycle 6 of The 30 Goals Challenge: Inspire Forward

“Taking pictures is savoring life intensely, every hundredth of a second.”- Marc Riboud

Goal: Inspire with a graphic!

Accomplish this goal: Create a quote pic or infographic to inspire others. First, decide on a goal for your students or peers to achieve, such as more movement, play, hands-on learning, developing a Personal/Passionate Learning Network (PLN), and so forth. Share this message visually on social media.
In chapter 20, Goal: Spread Your Message, of The 30 Goals Challenge for Teachers,  I encourage teachers to write down the messages they wish to share with others, then spread these messages on social media. Lately, I have been working with various image editors and infographic tools and apps to present the 30 Goals. The infographics, which you can find in this infographic board and Quote Pic board, have spread to 1000s of teachers and many have shared they are completing the goals. Images are powerful and often easier for the brain to digest versus written messages. Images are often much easier to access on any device than video. Try taking a past blog post or presentation of ideas and transforming it into an infographic. Take this one step further and get your students to create infographics to spread positive messages like how to be a good digital citizen. Below are a list of free web tools and apps to get you started along with a presentation full of tips!
