Goal: Share Your Failure Story

2 min read

Welcome to Cycle 7 of The 30 Goals Challenge: Make it Meaningful!

“Failure is simply an opportunity to begin again, this time more intelligently.” – Henry Ford

Goal: Share your failure story with another teacher, a new teacher or share your failure story in a blog post.
Some of the most rewarding reflections from 30 Goals’ teachers are the heartfelt ones where we share our fears and failures. When we share our stories of where we feel we made mistakes in classes or with students then we are able to reflect on the issues and think of solutions. When we blog about our mistakes then we help other teachers reflect on their mistakes and solve problems or avoid these problems. Read my failure story here and share your failure story to help teachers worldwide.
In my recent interview with Lisa Dabbs, we talk about giving teachers room to fail and the ability to reflect on these failures. Click to listen.
